Built the initial school expansion structure while intentionally pausing public activation until pricing, licensing, implementation, and commission models are finalized.
Delivered the complete Homeschool Expansion Center with executive briefing, market intelligence, planning, readiness, first conversations, implementation, and action planning.
Expanded the partner experience through readiness, operations, marketing, performance, support, leadership, and executive pastoral resources.
Established a ministry-first conversation methodology that equips partners to listen, understand, present Formationly responsibly, address questions, and follow up without sounding transactional.
