Formationly Executive Operating System

FEOS Master Development Roadmap

The phased development plan guiding Formationly from its current Thinkific foundation into a fully integrated executive operating system.

Version 1.0  •  July 2026
Roadmap Purpose

Every phase should build upon a stable architectural foundation.

The FEOS roadmap organizes development into deliberate phases so that navigation, user experience, artificial intelligence, relationship management, marketing resources, and executive intelligence evolve as one connected platform.

The roadmap is designed to protect Formationly from disconnected feature development while preserving the flexibility to respond to new ministry opportunities.

Roadmap Governance

The roadmap guides development without becoming a constraint.

Major changes should be evaluated against the FEOS Design Charter.
New ideas may be deferred to Future Considerations rather than added immediately.
Completed work should be documented, versioned, committed, and synchronized.
The roadmap should be reviewed after each major sprint or architecture milestone.
Long-Term Direction

Formationly is progressing from a partner portal into a unified ministry operating system.

Each phase should strengthen the partner journey, preserve ministry relationships, increase operational clarity, and extend Formationly’s ability to serve churches, families, and future generations.
