Formationly Executive Operating System

AI Executive Guide Architecture

The governing model for context-aware artificial intelligence that equips Formationly partners with guidance, preparation, insight, and encouragement without replacing human relationships or discernment.

Version 1.0  •  July 2026
Purpose of the AI Executive Guide

AI should help partners prepare, decide, and act with greater confidence.

The FEOS AI Executive Guide is not intended to function as a generic chatbot. It should understand the partner’s current workspace, readiness level, recent activity, assigned responsibilities, and next recommended action.

Its role is to reduce confusion, improve preparation, organize information, and strengthen human-centered ministry work.

Governing AI Principle
“Artificial intelligence should equip the relationship, not replace the relationship.”

How the AI should generate guidance

Understand Context
Identify Need
Apply Governance
Recommend Action
Human Decides
AI Boundaries

AI should assist within clearly defined limits.

AI may recommend an action, but the partner remains responsible for the decision.
AI should not fabricate organizational history, ministry needs, conversations, or commitments.
AI should not automatically send messages, change records, or initiate outreach without approved permissions and explicit user action.
Sensitive organizational and personal information should only be used according to governance and privacy rules.
AI guidance should remain aligned with approved Formationly doctrine, messaging, policies, and resources.
AI Output Standards

Every response should be useful, grounded, and actionable.

CLEAR
Use direct language and avoid unnecessary complexity.
CONTEXTUAL
Respond according to the current workspace, user role, and relationship stage.
MISSION-ALIGNED
Prioritize service, stewardship, relationships, and Kingdom impact.
GROUNDED
Distinguish known information from recommendations, assumptions, or missing data.
ACTIONABLE
End with a practical next step when appropriate.
HUMAN-CENTERED
Preserve prayer, wisdom, discernment, empathy, and authentic communication.
Implementation Stages

AI should be introduced progressively.

STAGE 1
Static Guidance
Add AI placeholders, approved guidance, recommended prompts, and workspace explanations.
STAGE 2
Contextual Assistance
Use workspace, training, resources, and partner progress to shape recommendations.
STAGE 3
Relationship Intelligence
Connect AI guidance to KCRM organizations, contacts, conversations, and tasks.
STAGE 4
Executive Intelligence
Generate strategic briefings, ministry insights, trend summaries, and risk alerts.

AI provides preparation. People provide relationship.

The FEOS AI Executive Guide should help every partner become more prepared, focused, informed, and confident while preserving human judgment, ministry stewardship, and authentic connection.
